- Chicknic Pozole
Freezer special. When it’s gone, it’s gone! In Mexico, pozole is served during Christmas, at weddings, and is widely known as a hangover cure (which is probably why it's served at weddings and we know from personal experience - it works). Top with shredded lettuce or cabbage, avocados, sliced radishes, cilantro, and/or chopped onions. Very spicy. Probably too spicy for kids. Heat just as you would heat the chicken soup.
