
Chicknic Freezer Items: Cooking Instructions
CHICKNIC EMPANADAS
BAKE FROM FROZEN
Preheat air-fryer or oven to 375°F
Arrange empanadas in a single layer in your air-fryer basket or on a wire rack on a baking sheet (if you do not have a wire rack, use parchment paper.)
AIR-FRY 8-10 min or BAKE on convection bake 10 min.
FLIP
Air-fry another 8-10 min or bake 10 more minutes until internal temp reaches 165.
CHICKNIC FAMILY SIZE POT PIE
BAKE FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to 375º
Place on a baking sheet in the center rack of your oven.
Cover loosely with foil or remove the sticker and place the lid loosely on top.
Bake for 75 minutes. REMOVE THE LID and bake for 20-30 minutes more until the top is golden.
If you have an instant read thermometer or oven probe, the center of the bake should be minimum 165º. and the gravy should be bubbling.
Let rest 10 min before serving as the filling is extremely hot.
CHICKNIC ENCHILADA BAKE
THESE ARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR BAKING FROM FROZEN. IF FULLY THAWED, BAKE AT 375º FOR 60 MIN.
Preheat oven to 375º.
Remove the lid from the bake to make sure it does not stick to the cheese.
REPLACE THE LID and place the bake in the center rack of the oven.
Bake for 75 minutes. REMOVE THE LID and bake for 20-30 minutes more until the top is golden.
If you have an instant read thermometer or oven probe, the center of the bake should be minimum 165º.
